Whoa!? Santa Clara County has made it illegal to advertise toys in fast food restaurants. They say enticing children to eat fried fatty fast foods should be against the law. 1 of 4 children in the county are over weight and the county insist that the toys sell the food that causes the over weight factor.

Fast food executives are extremely angry and lots of residents and parents are arguing the case that the government shouldnt be making decisions for parents.
