My health is becoming more important to me as the years roll away. Nowadays I tend to watch what I eat and I exercise regularly.. well I try to at least. It’s hard to eat right when you’re traveling, working weird hours, hanging out with friends and late night post party rendezvous at whatever food place is open 24 hrs.

There aren’t many trade shows related to our company that happens right next door. Some of us at Tomic® attended Expo West in Anaheim which is geared to all natural products.. mainly food and beverages. There were a certain type of breed that attended the show and you can tell by clothing and physical appearance.
